Hope to see you all there.
-Chris, The Wreckhouse Crew
On the music end, we've got a lot of interviews lined up, including:
Cleveland's own CHIMAIRA, who have been tearing up the metal scene lately, coming off successful performances such as Download Festival and the Sounds of the Underground tour. They are about to embark on a huge European tour with Maroon and The Sorrow. Details are available at myspace.com/chimaira or at [link]
From Tampa, Florida, CROSSBREED have been providing a unique style to the metal and industrial scene. Tampa has always been known for bringing the heavy shit especially with such bands as The Genitorturers and Cannibal Corpse, and now you can add Crossbreed to that list. With airplay on MTV with their debut video "Underlined" from Synthetic Division, they're in the process of recording their 2nd full length album, having released a preview EP "New Slave Nation" at their live shows as well as via their website. Look for the Crossbreed crew to make a name for themselves in 2008. You can get more info on them at [link]
Directly from Astros country (that's Houston, Texas for you non-sport folk), THE LAST STARFIGHTER will be gracing Wreckhouse with their hardcore stylings. With a scene overstaurated with the same sound, TLS add their own spin on things and it shows, especially in their live show. They performed to crowds all over the US, and even earned themselves a spot on the Second Stage of 2007's Family Values Tour, playing with such bands as Five Finger Death Punch, Atreyu, Hellyeah, Evanescence and Korn. You'll learn what makes Roman and the crew tick, and what it's like to differentiate yourself in the music business. Check out their stuff at [link] .
**JUST CONFIRMED!!!**
From the home of HorrorHound 2008, Indianapolis' own GWEN STACY will share their experiences with Wreckhouse! We will be in attendance at their show March 29th @ Savage Event Center in Elgin, IL where they will perform with Still Remains! Their melodic sound mixed with their christian hardcore stylings will be tearing up coast-to-coast across the US. Check them out at myspace.com/gwenstacy!
